Description of the role
We Need Doers, Not Dreamers!
Redditch Pride is coming to town, and we need people ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done. No endless meetings or brainstorming — just action. Organisers meet bi-weekly in the evening at 1800hrs to plan the big picture, then it’s down to hard work to make it happen.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Energetic, confident, people-focused, self-starters
• Willing to jump in wherever needed — no task too small
• Happy to follow guidance but also make decisions on the fly
• Previous experience helpful but commitment and attitude matter more than CVs
Practical Considerations
- You must be 18 or over.
- Reasonable adjustments made for mobility/health needs.
- Pre-agreed expenses reimbursed with receipt.
- Meetings usually in Redditch; main event at Redditch Town Centre.

About the organisation
We’re a volunteer-led CIC bringing the town together to celebrate LGBTQ+ communities. This is a hands-on, hard-working, sleeves-rolled-up team. If that sounds like you, we want you on board!
