Caring for Community and People (CCP)
Description of the role
To befriend and support vulnerable adults in danger of becoming homeless, or already rough sleeping. To sign post, chat, listen and to complete forms.
We are looking for someone who can show empathy and a heart to help people in there lowest moments, someone who has an understanding of mental health issues and someone who can listen and befriend.

- Requires a Criminal Record check.
- Requires references.
- Minimum age to apply is 18.

CCP care for vulnerable people from children to the Elderly and everything in between, in North Worcestershire, we are supporting people that are homeless, or in danger of becoming homeless or rough sleeping.
