Description of the role
Help Library customers on a 1-2-1 basis with computers / tablets.
We are looking for:
- A friendly, approachable customer focussed individual who can support a range of customers to access library services.
- Computer literate and able to assist customers in the use of ICT. (with knowledge of various computer applications including but not limited to: internet, office packages)
- Able to give 1-1 support to customers with varied computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Will require references.

Redditch Library is a county-run library in the centre of the town.
We are a busy library with thousands of books, free computers, and friendly staff.
The Library Service’s vision is to provide “safe community places for literacy, reading and learning, and work in partnership to engage all members of the local community, supported by skilled, motivated and empowered staff”.
