Description of the role
If you enjoy driving, have a few hours to spare and want to help the community we are looking for drivers to take the elderly, or ill people to hospitals, GP appointments, shopping and social activities in Bromsgrove, Redditch and surrounding areas.
We are looking for:
- A driver with their own car.
Practical Considerations
YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR OWN CAR AND A CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE. WE PAY FOR DBS CHECKS AND PROVIDE ANY TRAINING REQUIRED

Volunteering days available to be discussed between you and the organisation.
About the organisation
We run a Community Transport service for Redditch and Bromsgrove and surrounding areas using volunteer drivers to take clients to hospital appointments, doctors, dentists, opticians and care homes.
We can also provide transport for you to attend social appointments, such as a weekly club or to even visit a friend.
Our friendly drivers pick you up from your home or other local address, drive you to your destination, escort you straight to the front door (or department) wait and then return you home, making sure you get in safely.
