Description of the role

As a Support Work Assistant, you will be a valued addition to our team. The role is very flexible in hours and equally there is a variety of roles that can lend themselves to what you feel interested in assisting with.

There is the option of helping collect food from donators and creating food parcels to deliver to clients in need. Through supervisions and discussions you can find your place in the service that fits with your experiences and skills based on the roles described above.

Typical activities that you could choose to do can include:

About the organisation

We are the Rough Sleeper outreach service for Redditch and Bromsgrove. We work for CCP (Caring for Communities and People) but have a contract with the council to work with and support all rough sleepers in the area whilst on the streets and then into accommodation. CPP (Caring for Communities and People) help people build better tomorrows by small but powerful acts of human connection. We work with everyone individually, and create steps and pathways that help people to thrive.
