Catshill Community Support Group is an informal group of local volunteers who are joining together for the benefit of all.
Beneficiaries should be aware that volunteers are not DBS checked and have no medical or specialist training.
All volunteers are simply kind, community minded individuals who want to help out their neighbours at this time of crisis.
As such, common sense should be used by both volunteers and beneficiaries to keep everyone safe. Volunteers may be able to help with shopping, collecting prescriptions, dog walking.
Charford Love Charford Love Charford is a community group for local residents to hear news from their councillors and to share their views or concerns. Due to current situation, also being used to find and help anyone in need living in Charford.

Letters have been sent to dwellings, asking people to arrange mutual neighbour support. Anybody that does not have support to contact the Community Association. Messages have ben repeated with regular social media posts and in our e-circulars.
Regular community updates are provided via Facebook, Twitter, Website and e-circular. The Association has supported several residents and is facilitating initiatives that provide a stimulus whilst indoors and during the daily exercise. This service will deliver essential food items, collect medical prescriptions and provide help to any residents who urgently need support because they are self-isolating or suffering from the Covid-19 virus. If you, or someone you know, needs an emergency food delivery or wider support, please ring the telephone number below. While this is a voluntary service and our resources are limited, we will do everything we can to ensure that everyone who needs help or access to critical food items, will get them.

Rubery Supported by a team of volunteers including the local councillor, Adrian Kriss, we will be working in the background to take requests of support, help where we can and share those requests across various platforms and with the contacts the team all share within the local community.

The Parish Council is co-ordinating a group of volunteers to support anyone who is self isolating. Our volunteers will be able to pick up prescriptions, post mail or arrange to call you for a chat. We hope to be able to pick up essential shopping items and walk dogs.


Feckenham – Leaflets have been posted through around 350 doors as well as on notice boards, the local Parish magazine and advertised on the radio station. We have willing volunteers ready and able to deliver shopping as well as collect from the 2 Doctors’ surgeries which mainly serve the Parish.
