Bromsgrove Carnival
Description of the role
Organisers meet one evening per month to discuss the event organisation as a whole and then split off with certain tasks to complete in our own time.
We are looking for someone who is good with people, enthusiastic, confident and can work on their own initiative. We have many years experience in organising this event so theres plenty of help on hand too. We just need more hands!
Practical Considerations
All volunteers must be over 18 years of age, we can make reasonable adjustments for people with mobility or health impairments. Expenses can be claimed if pre agreed and a receipt can be provided. Our meeting area is usually in social sticks, which has stepped access, however we can move this if needed. Experience organising or marshalling events previously would be advantageous.

Where is the opportunity based?
This opportunity will take place in Sanders Park but meetings before could be anywhere within Bromsgrove.
When is the opportunity available?
This opportunity has flexible hours to suit you. One meeting per month will be a weekday evening at 7pm in Bromsgrove.
About the organisation
We are Bromsgrove Carnival who organise a free event for the Bromsgrove community in Sanders Park each year.
