Description of the role
We are currently seeking Friendly and reliable volunteers to join our team at the Alexandra Hospital League of friends coffee shop. As a volunteer, you will play an essential roll in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our hospital staff, patients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot beverages
- heat and serve various food items
- help maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and seating area
- engage with customers and create a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Follow opening and closing procedures for the coffee shop
You must have a friendly, positive attitude, good communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Practical Considerations
You will have free on site parking and no previous experience is required as full training will be given.

- Must be over 18.

The opportunity is located at the Alexandra hospital Coffee Shop.
When is the opportunity available?
This opportunity is on weekdays from 9am-4pm.
About the organisation
We as the Alexandra Hospital League of Friends run the hospital coffee shop which is manned by our wonderful volunteers. All profits from the coffee shop and other fundraising goes towards buying equipment for the hospital
