Description of the role

We’ll be taking over the running of this fantastic community venue, and we need your help.

We are looking for members and volunteers to help run the venue.

We are looking for people who are:

• Community driven.
• Dedicated
• Friendly
• Reliable
• Can work in a team, but also must be able to use their own initiative

We’re looking for people to help clean, unlock and lock up, perhaps do odd bits of maintenance around the building as it arises. As the building gets busier the opportunities will grow too.

Knowledge and experience of the Woodrow community would really help. Living locally would be even better!

The venue will be open all week, depending on bookings, but roles can be allocated according to people’s availability.

About the organisation

Woodrow Community Corner is a new community-led group that will be running the Community Centre (also known as the Meeting Rooms). We are all volunteers, and we want to make sure the Centre is run for the benefit of the community
