Repair Café Redditch

Description of the role
We are looking for people with practical skills in repairing items to help at our monthly repair cafe. Skills needed include electrical, woodwork, bicycle maintenance, computers/electronics, mechanical (e.g., clocks), tool sharpening etc.
Any skills in one or more of the following:
- Electrical
- Electronic
- Carpenter
- Computers
- Bicycle maintenance
- Mechanical (i.e., clocks)
- Tool sharpening
- General handyperson
- Sewing
Practical Considerations
- The Repair Café currently takes place at Webheath Village Hall, Heathfield Road, Redditch, B97 5SQ from 10am to 2pm on the last Saturday of each month. Expenses are paid and lunch is provided.
Any specific requirements
- Ideally 22 and over please

About the organisation
The Repair Café is a new initiative in Redditch, repairing any item at our monthly events. Items include electrical, electronic, wooden, textiles, computers, bikes, garden equipment, toys, tools, clocks, ceramics as well as sharpening tools.
