Volunteer Managers’ Forum – September 2017

Learn from each other as we share our knowledge, experience and ideas of all aspects of Volunteer Management in a relaxed & informal session.
BARN’s next Volunteer Managers‘ Forum will be held in Redditch on Monday 25th September from 1:30pm until 3:30pm. The session is free and provides an opportunity for volunteer managers‘ from different charities and groups to share ideas of good practice and ask each other for advice.
Demand has been high in the past so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to book a place. Because of the funding in this case, priority will be for Redditch-based organisations or those serving the Redditch community.
During the session we’ll be discussing recruiting, retaining and managing volunteers, but please feel free to contact us in advance if there are any other topics or issues you’d like us to include. There’ll also be an opportunity on the day to raise any specific issues or questions for the group to answer.
